Dear Rob, Just a brief note to thank you for your attention to detail and thoroughness that you provided on the survey you conducted on the vessel I was considering purchasing. As a result of your survey, I was able to negotiate a keener price with the vendor, which well and truly covered the cost of the survey you conducted. While the vendor was aware of one or two conditions that existed on the vessel, he had failed to make them known to me. Your exhaustive survey exposed these, and although they were not deal breakers, it allowed me to purchase the vessel with confidence. Your survey also allowed me to price effectively what it will cost me to get the vessel to a standard I am happy with. After contacting the referrals you gave me and pricing the work to be done on the open market (Due diligence) I was pleasantly surprised when your referrals came in at the best price. I supposed I should have not been surprised, given the integrity you displayed whilst conducting the survey. Rob I appreciate you personally ringing the Insurance Company and explaining aspects of your report to them, which facilitated the insurance coverage.
