The Full Condition Survey is a detailed survey to access the structural condition of a yacht as well as checking and testing the yachts equipment. The Full Condition Survey is carried out in three parts:
  • - In water inspection
  • - Sea trial then lift of the yacht (If Possible)
  • - Followed by out of water inspection
The inspection can be divided into the following areas:
  • - Hull, superstructure and decks
  • - Stern gear
  • - Skin fittings
  • - Cathodic protection (anodes)
  • - Fastenings
  • - Ground tackle and mooring arrangements
  • - Windows, hatches and port lights
  • - Handrails, stanchions and lifelines
  • - Davits, boarding ladders etc.
